I worked in the Sales organization of my company for years. There were areas that I excelled at, but I knew that Retail Sales was not where I wanted to be in the long term. Without exposure to other areas, I didn’t know what position to ask for next.  After working with Optimal Future, I realized that leading teams and taking ownership of major projects are some of my greatest strengths.  My results from the MBTI testing gave confidence to tell my superiors that I wanted to be in product management and can back up my request with specific strengths and personality type results.
